Chhomrong at 2020m is a popular rest area amongst the trekkers trekking to Annapurna base camp and other trekking routes in the Annapurna region. The teahouses are better with better facilities and there are plenty of small stalls as shops. More than anything the view of the mountains is splendid from Chhomrong.
