Annapurna Sanctuary Trek still remains ageless despite the influx in the region. The diversion of trekkers to Annapurna base camp has left this trek still to its original state. This trek is fabulous and offers magnificent views without difficult climbs. En route, you will be awestruck by the hospitality of generous Gurung communities. Furthermore, soothing hot springs, gushing tributaries, and lush green hills will amaze you.

Annapurna Sanctuary Trek lies immediately south of the greater Himalayan trail. As a result, the region has subtropical climate. This trek is a short trek. However, in a very short time it traverses variety of terrains. You will walk through the rice paddy fields to the glacial moraine. In case of few extra days on hand, you can combine this trek with few other interesting treks in Annapurna.

The views are magnificent and the mountains appear up close. Furthermore, Annapurna, Fishtail and few other mountains in the region create best ambiance. Blossoms of Rhododendron and few other species make Annapurna Sanctuary Trek a heaven. Also, sighting of beautiful birds and langur monkeys make this trek more beautiful. This trek has been all time favorite of our guests because the trail difficult only in primary days.

What makes Annapurna Sanctuary Trek appealing?

  • This is a short and sweet trek
  • The trek is entirely in Annapurna Sanctuary
  • Less traffic
  • Easy on the legs

Amazing

I booked with these guys in August for a September trek and it couldn't have been smoother! If you organise from your home country you'll have the pleasure of communicating with Shaurab, who was more than happy to answer any questions or queries that I had regarding my trek.I did the Annapurna base camp trek which was a lovely experience, my guide, Guvinda, was highly knowledgeable about the area and had fantastic relationships with the operators of the teahouses along the way. This company also runs a hostel: "Dormitory Nepal" of which I would highly recommend! All in all, nothing can be faulted and I look forward to hopefully one day returning to Nepal and trekking once again with these guys.

if you're looking for a great treeking experience in Nepal, look no further

Budget Trekking was recommended to me by a friend i met through my travels and i couldn't have been more lucky. They made the pre trek arrangement hassle free for me.  Govinda was a great guide while in the mountain bringing an impressive knowledge of the local people and ways in the experience. He really made my time in Nepal unforgettable with his constant good mood and his willingness to share his passion about Nepal and the mountain. My only regret is that i couldn't stay longer for an other trek.. highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a great time in Nepal.
