Ghale Gaun trek takes you to the homes of bravest soldiers in the world. The ones who did not surrender against the East India company, the ones who did not let the Japanese advance in the 2nd world war and the ones who made Argentine surrender just based on their flashy khukuris. If you want to see the homes, lives, ambiance and what they ate made them so brave, come join this trek with us!

Ghale Gaun cultural tour takes place in the most famed region of Annapurna and towards the north west of Annapurna base camp. The trek is equally beautiful, less crowded, which makes this trek more beautiful than the others. This trek is easy, requires no prior experience on the trails and can be done by people of almost any age.

The trek certainly requires some hiking but through a beautiful landscape and waterfalls, suspension bridges and with the views of the Annapurna I (8,091m), Annapurna II (7,939 m), Annapurna IV (7,525 m), Machhapuchchhre (6,693 m), Himalchuli (6,747 m), and Bouddha Himal (6,974 m). Once we make it to the village, the postcard view of the surrounding would make you forget all the fatigue.

Ghale Gaun is is a beautiful village on the slopes of a hill and home to ethnic Gurungs communities that go to the famed Gurkhas. The village is blessed with the views of mountains, rolling hills and terrace fields. The people who have made their names as gruesome Gurkhas are in daily lives a very warm and hospitable people.
