Itinerary
Upon arriving in Kathmandu, you will be welcomed and transported to Pharping Monastery, the sacred site of Guru Rinpoche's enlightenment. This tranquil place offers a spiritual atmosphere ideal for contemplation.
In the evening, you will experience a soothing sound healing session to promote relaxation and help balance your energy as you adjust to the peaceful surroundings.

You will start your day with a refreshing morning yoga session led by skilled instructors, creating a calm atmosphere for the day. After yoga, you’ll join a guided tour of Kathmandu’s famous sites, including the historic Kathmandu Durbar Square, the respected Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), and the sacred Pashupatinath Temple.

After your morning yoga session, you will take a short flight to Pokhara. Upon arrival, enjoy a sightseeing tour that includes the serene Shanti Stupa, the captivating Devi’s Falls, and the intriguing Mahindra Cave.
You’ll also have the opportunity to experience traditional boating on Fewa Lake, allowing you to relax by the lakeside. Finally, you will check into your hotel accommodation for a comfortable stay after a day of exploration.

Start your day with an early morning trip to Sarangkot for breathtaking sunrise views. Afterward, enjoy a yoga class with stunning mountain vistas.
Then, head to Kande to begin your hike to Australian Camp, surrounded by beautiful scenery. In the evening, participate in a calming meditation session before settling in for an overnight stay at a local tea house in Australian Camp. Relax and rejuvenate after a fulfilling day of exploration!

Begin your day with a refreshing morning yoga session surrounded by stunning mountain views. After your practice, you will embark on a downhill hike back to Kande.
Following your hike, you will take a short flight back to Kathmandu. Once in the city, enjoy some shopping for family, friends, and gifts in the vibrant streets. Finally, you will check into your hotel accommodation in the heart of Thamel, the bustling city center, for a comfortable stay.

- Permit fee of Khumbu Pasang Lhamu Rural Municipality.
- All government and local taxes
- Registered trekking guides as accredited by the Government of Nepal's Tourism Board.
- One porter is assigned for every two guests, and one porter can carry a maximum of 20 kg.
- Permit fee of Sagarmatha National Park.
- All accommodations on the trails and 3 times meals during the trek (staple meal of Daal Bhat for lunch and dinner or any one item from the menu )

- We provide a non-returnable duffel bag, which will be carried by the porter.
- We will also provide you with a sleeping bag, but please note that it should be returned after completing the trek.
