Vajra Adventure Pvt. Ltd. is a travel agency based in Kathmandu, Nepal, that specialises in:
- Privately guided tours
- Yoga-instructed tours
- Adventure tours
- Group tours
- Family-friendly tours
We also collaborate with independent hotels, teahouses, and licensed tour guides (“third party service”) to deliver high-quality, safe and memorable travel experiences.

After receiving your inquiry, we will provide a detailed price quotation and send you an order confirmation, along with bank transfer details for payment. Custom itineraries and last-minute bookings are fully supported.
Eligibility
To book or use our services, you must hold a valid visa for Nepal at the time of travel and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and travel requirements. All necessary documents must be prepared in advance. Vajra Adventure Pvt. Ltd. (“Vajra Adventure”) is not responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from missing or incomplete paperwork.
Booking, Payments and Deposits
- A 30% deposit of the booking amount is required to confirm your booking.
- Deposits must be made via bank transfer in either USD or EUR.
- A 4% bank transfer fee applies to all international transactions.
- Full payment details will be included in your order confirmation.
We welcome last-minute bookings for treks and tours in Nepal. However, for outbound tours to Tibet, Bhutan, and India, a minimum of 10 days’ prior notice is required. For such tours, the full cost of the trek or tour must be deposited at the time of booking.
Prices displayed on our website are indicative and subject to change. The final price will be provided in the written order confirmation after we receive and review your booking inquiry. Once confirmed, the price stated in the order confirmation is fixed and will not change.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, the following refund terms apply:
• More than 30 days before departure: 100% refund
• 14 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days before departure: No refund
Refunds will be processed in the original payment currency and may be subject to bank fees or exchange rate variations.
Services Provided
Our services include guided tours, yoga trekking & retreats, short group hikes, and adventure treks. Certain destinations or activities may legally require licensed guides. We highly recommend using our guides for safety and to enhance your experience. Accommodation is provided in collaboration with independent hotels and teahouses.
We are always trying our best to resolve issues immediately and directly at site, however, Vajra Adventure is not liable for issues arising from third party services.
Travel Insurance
Purchasing a comprehensive travel insurance package is mandatory and should cover medical emergencies, natural calamities, helicopter evacuations, personal accidents, and trip cancellations. This ensures you are protected against unexpected situations.

Liabilities and Risks
Traveling in Himalayan regions may come with its unique challenges, and weather conditions, infrastructure limitations, and/or other factors may impact your journey. Patience, preparation, and enthusiasm are essential for a safe and enjoyable trip.
Flights in the Himalayan regions are subject to weather conditions and may be delayed or canceled, particularly in areas like Lukla, Jomsom, or Dolpa. We recommend reserving extra days in your itinerary to accommodate possible delays. Accommodation and meal expenses during delays are unexpected costs and usually not covered.
If Vajra Adventure cancels your trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as war, natural calamities, conflict, or severe weather, we will offer an alternative trip of similar value.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage of your personal belongings during your trip. All personal possessions carried by Porters, Ponies, or Vehicles are always at your own risk.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved under the laws of Nepal.
