Tikhedhunga is a small village along the trails of Ghorepani Poon hill trek. This village is a popular rest area and lies around 1500 meters from the sea level. This village lies on the foot of the man made steps which leads the trail to Ulleri.
Majority of the inhabitants of this village belong from the Magar community and their major occupation is tourism and agriculture. The houses are very traditional and there is a small stream flowing adjacent to the village. People often go to cool off in the stream, not only the locals but also tourists.
