Labuche

Labuche is located in the Everest region of Nepal and is located at an elevation of 4940 meters. It is one of the busiest stops in trekking season and is frequented by travellers, sherpas and porters. Although there are higher ground than Lobuche while trekking to Everest base camp but a lot of people have said Labuche to be the coldest of all.

Labuche is adjacent to Khumbu glacier and it shares name with mountains like Labuche, Labuche east, Labuche west and Labuche Kang in Tibet. The accommodations in Labuche is very basic and in stone huts and sharing basis. Recently accommodation in Labuche has improved and have modern amenities in them.
